chefKitty.ai is an AI-powered cooking companion that helps you generate recipes from photos, manage your digital pantry, create cookbooks, and get personalized cooking assistance. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
7-Day Free Trial
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
- Free Plan: Access to basic features with usage limits.
- Pro Plan: $9/month or $79/year for unlimited access to all features.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
5. Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy
Due to our generous 7-day free trial, we do not offer refunds on subscription payments. The free trial gives you full access to all Pro features, allowing you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. If you forget to cancel during the trial period, you may contact support within 48 hours of the first charge for a one-time courtesy review.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of recipes, cookbooks, and other content you create. By sharing content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI generates recipe suggestions based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recipes are provided "as is" and should be reviewed for dietary restrictions, allergies, and food safety. We are not responsible for any adverse effects from following AI-generated recipes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your data from our systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
chefKitty.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
